Three things: a trading platform (MT5, cTrader, Match Trader, or Trade Locker), a CRM to manage your traders and challenges, and at least one payment method so people can buy challenges.
The CRM handles everything on the operations side: challenge configuration, trader portals, automated rule enforcement, certificates, affiliates, risk monitoring, and reporting. You bring the trading platform license and a payment provider. We plug them together.
Most firms are live within two weeks of signing.
Two weeks from the day you hand over your materials: website domain, Cloudflare credentials, trading platform API access, and payment provider credentials. If your team is responsive and everything is ready, it can be compressed to one week.
Billing does not start until your system is operational and you can accept traders. You will not pay for idle setup time.
At minimum: a support person to handle trader inquiries, an accountant to manage payments and withdrawals, and an operations manager to create challenges, review analytics, and oversee daily performance.
Designate one person as your internal project manager and single point of contact with Kenmore. This avoids conflicting requests from different team members reaching the development team.
Either works. The contract is structured as a software purchase agreement for CRM services. No KYC process is required between you and Kenmore.
When one provider bundles your trading platform, payment system, and CRM, the credentials and licenses stay in their name. You have no legal ownership of the infrastructure your business runs on. If the relationship sours, you could lose everything.
They also typically charge a percentage of every sale, so your costs scale with revenue. And quality tends to be mediocre across the board because no single company excels at everything.
By choosing independent vendors for each component and unifying them under a standalone CRM, you keep full control. You can switch or add providers at any time without rebuilding from scratch.
Yes. We walk you through a guided demo first, then provide credentials so your team can explore the system independently. The demo does not include a live trading platform, so execution functions will not work, but every CRM feature is fully accessible.
There are roughly ten WordPress-based templates available. Hosting is free if you use the CRM. These templates are designed for speed: they can be live within three days and are built specifically to help you pass MetaQuotes KYC onboarding.
The content is generic and needs to be replaced with your own. For a custom-designed, modern website, we can introduce you to our design partners.
You do. 100%. Kenmore does not claim ownership of anything in your database. Custom features built specifically for you are not shared with other clients. You can access your data directly through database access or via APIs at any time.
If you already have the infrastructure for a prop firm, you have almost everything you need for a brokerage too. It uses the same technology with a different sales pitch.
A strong three-pillar approach: trading academy (builds trust and a customer base), prop firm (funds talented traders), and brokerage (serves traders with their own capital). This way, you capture every type of customer regardless of experience level or financial situation.
The monthly cost is fixed and depends on your system. No setup fee unless deep customizations are required pre-launch.
That includes everything: unlimited traders, unlimited admins, unlimited challenges, competitions, affiliates, risk management, and automated emails. There are no per-trader fees, no per-challenge fees, and no revenue share.
No. The price is fixed and guaranteed by contract. Whether you have 500 traders or 50,000, the fee stays the same. The only edge case: if your database grows past roughly 55 GB (millions of traders), a small dedicated server fee might apply. That is an extreme scenario.
Every client gets five hours of free development work per month. Simple changes like button colors take about 15 minutes. More complex requests get scoped and estimated.
If a customization requires 10 hours you can wait for 10 hours to be acumulates or pay one time per-project fee. You decide what is urgent versus what can wait.
Unlimited challenge types with fully customizable parameters: initial balance, price, duration, minimum trading days, inactivity limits, drawdown types (including trailing drawdown for instant funded accounts), daily loss limits, total loss limits, consistency rules, profit targets, and minimum profitable days.
You can set up one-step, two-step, and instant funded programs. Challenges link sequentially so passing one automatically moves the trader to the next phase.
There is no limit on how many challenge configurations you create, and no extra charge for it.
Yes. Every rule you configure is monitored and enforced by the system. When a trader violates a condition (exceeds a drawdown limit, breaks a consistency rule), the system closes their open trades, disables the account, and sends an email notification. No one needs to sit and watch accounts manually.
When you create a challenge, you specify which challenge comes next. Phase 1 links to Phase 2, Phase 2 links to a funded account, and so on.
When a trader passes Phase 1, they automatically receive credentials for Phase 2. The entire progression runs itself, including email notifications at each stage.
The consistency rule caps the maximum percentage of total profit a trader can earn in a single trading day. This prevents someone from making one big trade, hitting the profit target in one session, and calling it a pass.
The percentage threshold is configurable per challenge. You can turn it on or off for each challenge type.
Everything is configurable per challenge type: withdrawal percentage limit (what share of profits can be taken out), minimum withdrawal amount, minimum balance required to be eligible, how many days before the first withdrawal is allowed, and minimum intervals between consecutive withdrawals.
The system enforces all of these automatically.
Yes. An admin can go to the trader’s profile, find their challenge account, and mark it as won. The system generates and sends the certificate automatically. Useful for promotional giveaways, influencer partnerships, or special arrangements.
Yes. The Express Checkout page or API lets customers purchase challenges directly on your website. You can use build-in page or make your own sign-up and checkout page using the API, with either our payment gateway integration or your own. After purchase, the customer just logs into the portal to start trading.
You create codes with configurable discounts, choose whether they are single-use or reusable, restrict them to new or existing users, set date ranges, and link them to specific challenge types. Auto-apply is available for landing pages. Bulk generation is supported for large campaigns.
Promo codes work well for win-back emails (targeting traders who failed a challenge), affiliate promotions, or competition prizes.
Yes. The competitions module lets you set up events where traders compete against each other within defined rules and timeframes. You configure the parameters, traders enroll through their portal, and the system tracks performance. Prizes can include promo codes for funded accounts, free challenges, or anything else you define.
Competitions are separate from challenges. They are time-bound events with specific winners and prize structures.
Yes. Professional certificates are generated automatically and include a QR code for verification. Traders can share them publicly. They work as both account records and marketing assets.
Yes. The leaderboard shows current participants with stats like how long they have been active, their current stage (demo or funded), and performance metrics.
Yes. The upsale module lets you offer optional paid extras during checkout. For example, a trader can pay an additional fee for a wider daily loss allowance or other modified conditions. You configure what is available, how much it costs, and which challenges it applies to.
Upsales are only available at purchase time, not after.
The system monitors for copy trading between accounts, news trading violations, high-frequency trading (trades placed within five seconds of each other), hedging, and shared login IPs (which could mean someone else is passing a challenge on behalf of the trader), and other parameters including customly requested.
Detection is post-factum, not real-time. The system flags accounts; admins review them and decide what action to take. It is designed with human oversight built in: flagged accounts are not automatically blocked.
Yes. The risk module shows login IP history for each trader, and the activity tab on their profile shows every action, when it happened, and from which IP address. If two different traders share the same IP, that gets flagged. Admin logs also track every internal action with timestamps and IP addresses.
Roughly 200 existing PSP integrations globally. Two are included at no extra cost. You choose from the existing list and we handle the connection.
If you need a provider that is not on the list, we review the API documentation and proceed with the integration. There is no price difference between known and unknown PSPs.
Yes. Bank transfer forms and manual crypto transfer functionality are both included at no extra cost. For manual crypto, the flow is: the trader fills in your wallet address and attaches a confirmation screenshot, an admin reviews it and approves or declines, and the system credits the account.
Many firms start this way and add automated PSP integrations later as they grow.
Often, yes. “Prop firm” is not a recognized legal category for most payment providers, and chargebacks from traders who fail challenges are common. Direct PSP onboarding can be slow and difficult.
Many clients position themselves as education platforms. A practical approach is to work with a payment aggregator who specializes in getting prop firms through PSP KYC. We can recommend partners based on your region.
No. Kenmore adds nothing on top of transactions. The PSPs themselves have their own processing fees, but Kenmore takes zero commission. The payment system is contracted in your name with your own API credentials. When a customer pays, the money goes directly to your account.
Yes. Geographic PSP routing is built in. You configure which payment providers appear based on the trader’s country or region. You can also set daily processing limits per PSP, so if one provider is about to cross a volume threshold that would raise your fees, the system automatically stops showing it for the rest of the day and redirects to an alternative.
Any registered user can submit a request to become an affiliate. Once approved, they receive a referral URL. When someone follows that link, registers, and purchases a challenge, the affiliate earns a commission based on the percentage you set.
Affiliates can track their registrations and commissions through their dashboard, including which referrals have converted to purchases. The system supports multi-level affiliate structures.
MT4, MT5, cTrader, Match Trader, Trade Locker, and DXTrade. Multiple platforms can be connected simultaneously, so you can offer different platforms to different trader segments from a single CRM.
The CRM does not provide the trading platform itself. You need your own license or partner arrangement. The CRM connects to your platform via API.
It depends on your budget and marketing strategy. MT5 is the premium option and the most expensive, but it is the easiest to market because most traders prefer it. cTrader is a solid middle ground with good brand recognition. Trade Locker and Match Trader are cheaper, but harder to market because traders are less familiar with them.
Your two biggest expenses will be the trading platform and marketing. Platform choice directly affects how easy it is to attract traders.
Kenmore does not handle MT5 licensing directly, but has partners and consultants who specialize in MetaQuotes onboarding. They guide you through the documentation, permissions, and paperwork, which can be complex since MetaQuotes is strict about who they approve.
Website templates designed to pass MetaQuotes onboarding are also available.
Only if you have liquidity bridge connected to your Trading Platform. Without it, all trading on prop firm challenge accounts is simulated on demo servers. The standard prop firm model generates revenue from challenge sales, not from spreads or commissions on real trades.
Every client gets a dedicated project manager, available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central European Time, reachable via a live chat app. Typical response time is about five minutes. You can schedule unlimited video calls. There is also a 24/7 emergency phone line.
Kenmore never speaks directly to your end traders. Your support team handles trader-facing questions. If they cannot answer something, they forward it to your Kenmore PM, who provides the answer for you to relay.
Yes. The CRM integrates with both Slack and Telegram for real-time push notifications. When a trader purchases a challenge, submits KYC, requests a withdrawal, or creates a support ticket, a notification fires instantly to your configured channel.
You can set up separate channels for different event types: one for finance (deposits/withdrawals), one for support (tickets), one for sales (new registrations). If a channel is pinging, someone needs to act.
Eight or more pre-built reports covering challenges, payments, transactions, affiliates, and users. The overview dashboard shows win/loss rates, revenue totals, withdrawal requests, a geographic heat map of where your traders are located, and a payment heat map showing daily sales volume.
If you need custom reports, your project manager can arrange them. Direct database access is also available so you can connect your own BI or analytics tools.
Yes. The impersonation feature lets any admin click into a trader’s account and view their portal as if they were that customer. Useful for support: when a trader calls asking how to do something, you can see their screen, walk them through it, or perform actions on their behalf.
At minimum: a trading platform (MT4, MT5, cTrader, or similar) with a proper license, a CRM to manage client relationships and operations, at least one payment provider, and a KYC/compliance process.
The CRM handles: client registration, trading account management, deposits and withdrawals, KYC workflows, IB commission structures, reporting, and support tools. You bring the trading platform, liquidity, and payment providers. We connect everything.
One to two weeks from the day you provide your materials: domain, DNS settings, trading platform credentials, and payment provider credentials. Can be compressed to one week if everything is ready and your team is responsive.
Billing does not start until your system is live and you can accept traders.
Yes. Migration assistance is included. For a typical database of a few hundred accounts, migration takes three days to one week. If you also need to move KYC documentation, add another week.
You do, fully. Kenmore does not claim ownership of your data or anything you build externally. Direct database access and API access are available so you can pull your data any time.
There are about ten WordPress-based templates. Hosting is free when you use the CRM. These templates go live within three days and are designed specifically to help pass MetaQuotes KYC requirements quickly.
For a proper custom website, we can connect you with our design partners.
All trading conditions live on the trading platform side (MetaTrader, cTrader, etc.), not in the CRM. You create groups on your trading platform with different leverage, spreads, and limits. The CRM connects via the manager API, pulls those groups in, and displays them as account types (Standard, Gold, VIP, etc.) for traders to choose from.
The CRM handles client management and account opening. The trading platform handles execution.
No. Usage is completely unlimited. You can have as many traders, accounts, and admins as you want on a fixed monthly fee. Many CRM providers cap you at a certain number of clients and increase prices when you grow. That does not happen here. The fee is fixed and guaranteed by contract.
Five hours of free development work are included every month. Simple changes (a button color, a label) take about 15 minutes. Larger requests get a scope and time estimate.
If a customization requires 10 hours, you can pay for the extra five or wait two months to accumulate enough free hours. Your call on what is urgent.
You create commission rules based on four factors: the IB’s account group, the trader’s account group, the security type, and the trading symbol. Commissions can be paid in pips, cash per lot, or as a percentage of spread, commission, or deposit.
When a trade closes, commissions are calculated and paid automatically and instantly across all levels. If IB-A invited IB-B, who invited Trader-C, all of them get their share the moment a trade settles.
There is no cap on levels.
Yes. By assigning IBs to different groups (Standard, Pro, Platinum, etc.), each group gets its own commission structure. You can have different commission rule combinations across groups, symbols, and instruments. Private groups with negotiated terms can be created for your top-performing partners.
Three types: pips (based on pip movement), cash per lot (a fixed amount per lot traded), and percentage (the most flexible, configurable as a percentage of spread, commission, or deposit).
Yes. The referral logic feature lets IBs share URLs that direct new traders into non-public groups with tighter spreads, lower commissions, or higher leverage. These groups are not visible during normal registration and can only be accessed through an IB referral link.
No. IBs can only see the traders and sub-IBs below them. They cannot see their parent IB or anyone higher up. This protects the confidentiality of your IB structure and prevents partners from bypassing the chain.
As a security measure, IBs cannot withdraw directly from their IB account. To withdraw earned commissions, they transfer funds from their IB account to their trading account first, then initiate a withdrawal from there. You can configure this transfer step for auto-approval or manual review.
Yes. IBs can use either a referral URL or embed the registration form directly on their own site. Traders who sign up through the embedded form are automatically attributed to the IB while registering into your brokerage.
Percentage-of-first-deposit commissions work out of the box. For tiered CPA structures where different deposit amounts trigger different fixed payouts, custom configuration or a third-party affiliate tracking platform may be needed. We can help evaluate what fits your setup.
Yes. You can configure IB account requests for automatic approval or require manual review by an admin. Same goes for which groups they can join.
Yes. The live console can be displayed on a large screen in your office, showing real-time commission events as trades happen: trade details, commission breakdowns, and IB payouts. Works as a motivational tool for sales teams and gives instant visibility into activity.
Configure minimum trading volume requirements. For example, set a rule that IBs only earn commission if their referred traders trade a minimum of three lots per month. If a trader deposits, does nothing (or withdraws immediately), the IB gets nothing. This discourages junk referrals.
There are roughly 200 existing PSP integrations. Two are included free. Additional integrations are quoted based on API complexity.
You can also start with zero PSPs. Bank transfer forms and manual crypto processing are included at no cost. Many brokers start manual and add automated integrations as volume grows.
Yes. Geographic routing is built in. Traders in the UK, Middle East can see a local payment provider, traders in Southeast Asia can see a crypto option. Each PSP can be restricted by country, email, or IP address.
The system also supports VPN detection. If a trader registered from an allowed country but is actually located in a restricted one, deposits can be blocked.
Yes. Many PSPs increase their commission rate above a certain daily volume. The CRM can automatically stop showing that PSP to traders for the rest of the day once the threshold is approaching, and redirect them to an alternative provider. This keeps your processing costs optimized.
No. The payment system is contracted in your name. When a customer deposits, the money goes directly to your account. Kenmore receives a callback confirming the payment and processes the account credit. Kenmore never touches or holds your funds and charges zero per-transaction fees.
Yes. Traders transfer between their own accounts directly from the portal. If accounts are in different currencies, automatic conversion applies based on live exchange rates. You can add exchange rate markups if you want.
Two options: manual or automated. With manual KYC, traders upload documents, an admin reviews them, and approves or declines. With automated KYC, a third-party provider (SumSub, Veriff, or similar) handles verification, but charges per verification.
Most brokers start manual and switch to automated when volume justifies the per-check cost.
Yes. There is a dedicated settings page where you toggle KYC requirements per action: before withdrawal, before deposit, before opening a live account, before opening an IB account, before fund transfers, or at other trigger points. Each action is configured independently, so you can require KYC for withdrawals but not for demo accounts, for example.
Yes. Registration forms and compliance workflows are fully customizable to match your jurisdiction. Additional compliance questions can be placed in the settings page of the trader portal, which traders complete after registration. The registration form itself is kept short to minimize drop-off: name, email, phone, country, language, password.
MT4, MT5, cTrader, Match Trader, Trade Locker, and DXTrade. Multiple platforms can run simultaneously from a single CRM instance.
Yes. Once you connect your MetaTrader manager credentials, all groups are pulled in automatically. You then create account types in the CRM (Standard, Premium, Gold, etc.) and map them to the appropriate MetaTrader groups. Groups can be public (visible during account opening) or hidden (used internally or accessed only through IB referrals).
Yes, if your copy trading provider has an API. The integration appears within the trader portal, so traders access everything from a single login.
The CRM does not provide copy trading software itself, it runs directly on the trading platform server or externally by a third party.
Yes. A web trader page can be added to the portal. MT5 and cTrader both support web terminal integration, so traders can trade from within the portal without opening a separate application.
Several: a read-only database replica providing full CRM data, a registration API for creating users programmatically, a trader API that powers the Trader portal (usable for building a mobile app), and a payment/purchase API for custom checkout pages.
Yes. Any language, including right-to-left scripts. When a trader picks their language during registration, the portal and all automated emails display in that language.
Translation is done by you, AI or a native speaker you provide access to all using a built-in translation interface. AI tools can speed it up. Typically takes about half a day per language.
Yes. The system logs every click and page visit. Based on those behavioral sequences, you can trigger targeted banners. If a trader visited the deposit page but did not complete a deposit, you can automatically show a banner offering a credit bonus. Configurable through the admin panel.
Three options: basic CSS branding (logo and colors, no cost), custom design slicing from your files (priced by complexity), or self-service slicing at no cost if your team has Angular/Node.js developers. Light and dark modes are both available.
Unlimited. No charge for additional admins. Many CRM providers limit you to two or three and charge extra. Here, create as many as you need: accounting, sales, support, compliance, operations, each with granular role-based permissions.
Yes. Admin roles and permissions are fully customizable. You can create a sales role where agents view client information and communicate with traders, but have no access to deposits, withdrawals, or KYC approvals. Hierarchical structures are supported: super admin, supervisor, team lead, agent. A supervisor sees all clients under their team; individual agents see only their assigned clients.
A dedicated project manager on WhatsApp/Telegram , Monday to Friday, with roughly five-minute response times. Unlimited calls and chats. A 24/7 emergency phone line for critical issues.
Kenmore supports your team, not your end traders. Your support staff handles trader questions. If they are stuck on something, they message the PM, get the answer, and relay it.
Training includes a recorded handoff session when the system is delivered, plus a YouTube channel with operational guides. Ongoing consultations are included in the monthly fee.
Pre-built reports cover deposits, withdrawals, transactions, registrations, balance operations, IB registrations, and user data. All filterable by date range.
The overview dashboard shows total traders, pending KYC count, live vs. demo accounts, FTD metrics (total count, average size, days to first deposit), deposit/withdrawal totals, a geographic heat map of your client base, and a daily deposit heat map for spotting campaign impact.
Custom reports can be built on request. Direct database access is available for your own analytics tools.
Yes. The access rules section provides full control: block individual IPs, block entire countries, whitelist trusted addresses, manage proxy and Cloudflare ranges. Country restrictions can be applied separately to registration and deposits. VPN detection is available to catch traders circumventing geographic blocks.
Yes. Traders create tickets from within the portal, select a topic category, and describe their issue. Tickets route to the appropriate admin based on topic type and appear in the admin inbox.
Yes. It integrates with a live data provider and updates automatically. Traders can view upcoming economic events filtered by importance level and country. No manual intervention required from your side.
