Releases roll out to each brand’s dedicated instance on a rolling schedule. Some features are optional modules that are switched on per brand.
Version 2026.10
October 2026NewImproved
Email verification at sign-up, account-type rules for withdrawal methods, and a dedicated permission for financial tasks.
- Email verification codes at sign-up. An optional 6-digit email code confirms new registrations and challenge checkouts. Returning customers are asked to sign in instead of registering twice. Switchable per brand.
- Withdrawal methods by account type. You can now limit each withdrawal method to all account types, to selected ones, or to all except selected ones. The rule is enforced in the trader cabinet and on the server, challenge payouts included.
- Financial Tasks permission. Approving, declining, editing, and paying out deposit and withdrawal tasks is now a separate unique permission.
- Refreshed profile pages in the trader cabinet. Personal info, documents, security, and account opening have a cleaner section layout with floating-label fields and full right-to-left support for Arabic. When no KYC provider is set up, the Verification menu goes straight to Documents.
- More reliable MetaTrader 5 funding. In response to network delays.
- Faster back office for large client bases. Trader search is quicker and the trader dashboard loads faster.
- Clearer account-type cleanup. When an account type can’t be deleted, the back office now explains what blocks it. Admins can also purge deleted accounts that still reference it.
- Partner visibility. The affiliate Registrations tab lists direct referrals with their phone number and sign-up date. Account-opening and registration tasks show the referring agent.
- Security hardening. Stronger server-side validation.
Version 2026.09
September 2026NewImproved
Rewards and gamification, paid trading competitions, and redesigned partner dashboards.
- Rewards program (optional module). Traders earn points for deposits, challenge purchases and passes, completed KYC, and payouts. Tiers come with point multipliers, purchase limits, and point expiry. The rewards shop offers promo codes, deposit bonuses, free challenges, drawdown, account-size and profit-split boosts, challenge retries, payout priority, and merchandise. Redemptions are tracked as back-office tasks, with optional staff approval.
- Missions, badges, and a rewards calendar. Onboarding missions, badges, referral bonuses, and seasonal point campaigns keep traders engaged. Brokers can award points in bulk, for example to competition winners.
- Paid trading competitions. Set an entry price, optional auto-approval, and promo-code eligibility. Competition pages are redesigned, and each competition has its own event log in the back office.
- Redesigned affiliate and IB dashboards. Earnings charts, one-click referral link copy, promo materials, and the IB tree. A per-brand switch hides the IB Partnership page from the cabinet.
- Affiliate nicknames. Affiliates can set a nickname for their referral links, and brands can let new traders enter an affiliate nickname at sign-up.
- Email footer editor. Edit social links, legal notes, and contact details in a rich-text editor with live preview. Placeholders now also work in email subject lines.
- Faster cabinet start-up. Brand settings, languages, and translations are cached, so the cabinet loads faster.
- Large client lists and exports. Client lists use numbered pages of up to 2,000 rows, and full data exports are streamed in batches. Both stay reliable on large client bases.
- Reporting updates. The challenge withdrawal report adds commission and payout-percentage columns. CRM report exports follow the email filter. Challenges with trailing-percentage drawdown display correctly.
- Security hardening. Stronger authorization checks.
Version 2026.08
August 2026NewImproved
A block-based trader dashboard, targeted automatic promo codes, and an upgraded prop leaderboard.
- Block-based trader dashboard. The dashboard is assembled from blocks: challenge progress, a profit summary with per-account breakdown, account tiles, quick links, KYC status, banners, and recent messages. Layouts are set per brand, client segment (retail or prop), and device.
- Targeted automatic promo codes. Promo codes can apply automatically on promo pages, on pricing tables, and in the trader cabinet. Targeting covers country, UTM source, registration type, and date window, with priority rules and both fixed-amount and percentage discounts.
- Upgraded prop leaderboard. Top-performer cards, tabs by real account size, medals and trend indicators, a pinned row for the viewing trader, and mobile-friendly columns. Trader names are shortened for privacy, and internal, breached, and deleted accounts are left out. A per-brand switch shows or hides the leaderboard.
- Duplicate-payout protection. A withdrawal payout can’t be sent twice, even after repeated clicks in the back office or repeated provider confirmations.
- Accuracy fixes. IB trees show the correct number of invited traders, and cTrader open positions load reliably.
- Security hardening. Tighter server-side validation.
Version 2026.07
July 2026NewImproved
Templated emails from the client profile and promo codes applied automatically at challenge checkout.
- Templated emails from the client profile. Staff pick one of the brand’s email templates, and the client’s details are filled in automatically. A warning lists any fields that still need manual input.
- Auto-applied promo codes at checkout. When a trader starts a challenge purchase in the cabinet, any automatic promo code they qualify for is applied, and a discount label shows the reduced price.
- Payout status from the payment provider. Withdrawal payouts follow the provider’s own confirmation. If the provider rejects a payout, its error appears directly in the withdrawal task.
- Notification delivery. Crypto deposits no longer trigger duplicate deposit-request emails, and browser and mobile push notifications are delivered more reliably.
- Back-office polish. Staff can choose the region when creating a client manually, and changes to withdrawal-form settings apply without a page reload.
- Security hardening. Stronger server-side checks.
Version 2026.06
June 2026NewImproved
A notifications page for traders, CC on client emails, and more reliable exports.
- Notifications page in the trader cabinet. Traders get a full Notifications page. The profile menu is redesigned with Profile, KYC, and Settings sections, and the language and theme switchers now live inside it.
- CC on client emails. The Send Email form on the client profile accepts up to three CC addresses, each one validated.
- Reliable full exports. “Export all” in the client list exports the full filtered list, and filtering the task export by type works again.
- Cleaner client list. Archived accounts are hidden by default, and a filter brings them back.
- Period-aware trading statistics. Trading statistics on the back-office overview follow the selected period filter.
- Platform-safe passwords. Auto-generated MetaTrader 5 passwords no longer use characters that some terminals reject.
Version 2026.05
May 2026NewImproved
Progressive profit splits, per-account payout overrides, and redesigned certificates.
- Progressive profit splits. Set per challenge type: the trader’s payout share rises with each approved withdrawal. Traders see the schedule on challenge cards, in the sign-up comparison table, and in the withdrawal form.
- Per-account payout override. Super admins can allow a payout on a specific funded account before its withdrawal conditions are met, with a confirmation step.
- Redesigned certificates. Each trading account’s certificates appear on a timeline that highlights the funded stage.
- Actual amounts in the Payments report. The report now shows the amount actually sent for each payment.
- Dark-mode promo banner. Brands can upload a separate cabinet sidebar banner for dark mode.
- Consistent payment methods. Payment-method names display the same way in the cabinet and the back office. Withdrawal lists only offer methods the provider supports for payouts. Admins viewing the cabinet as a trader can see which payment-method translations are missing.
- Lead ownership in CRM. The Opportunities tab shows the assigned supervisor, team leader, and agent for each lead.
- More accurate challenge statistics. Overview win rate and revenue exclude competition accounts, zero-value payments, and test accounts. Deal types are labeled correctly for MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and TradeLocker. Archived accounts no longer appear on competition leaderboards.
- Mobile polish. Better mobile layouts for the express challenge checkout, the competitions page, and the partner promo-materials page, where the referral link now shows on mobile too.
Version 2026.04
April 2026NewImproved
A unified CRM hub with lead analytics, IP and country access rules, and challenge inactivity limits.
- Unified CRM hub. Leads, Opportunities, and Clients sit on one page as tabs with live counters. Each tab keeps its filters, which can be shared by URL. Each team member sees only the tabs that fit their role, configurable per brand.
- Leads overview dashboard. KPI cards, a lead-to-client conversion funnel, interactive status and progress charts, agent leaderboards, a stale-leads list, and a team activity heatmap, all filterable by 7, 30, or 90 days.
- IP and country access rules. Allow or block specific IP addresses and ranges, or block whole countries, either globally or per region. Blocked visitors see a dedicated access-denied page. The rules work correctly behind Cloudflare and other trusted proxies.
- Challenge inactivity limit. Each challenge type can set a maximum number of inactive days. Accounts that go past it fail the challenge, and the trader sees a clear reason.
- Reviewed profile changes. Client profile changes take effect only after back-office approval. Reviewers see before-and-after values and the submitted documents. Approve and decline emails can include a note, and approved changes sync to the client’s trading accounts.
- Richer challenge comparison. The sign-up comparison table adds profitable days, the consistency rule, and maximum trailing drawdown, plus a platform filter and collapsible mobile sections. Traders can also copy their challenge account passwords with one click.
- Google tag with purchase conversions. The trader cabinet supports Google tag, including purchase conversion events after a challenge sign-up. Configurable per brand.
- Fairer competition leaderboards. Removed participants no longer appear in rankings or winner selection, and competition ratings load faster.
- Complete MatchTrader profit. Profit in MatchTrader trading history now includes swaps and commissions.
- Clearer challenge purchase tasks. Tasks show the amount actually received, and promo code settings validate more reliably, with clearer error messages.
Version 2026.03
March 2026NewImproved
Sidebar promo banners, language-aware downloads, and a faster challenge checkout.
- Sidebar promo banner. Brokers can upload a promotional banner (JPEG or PNG) for the trader cabinet sidebar.
- Language-aware downloads. The Downloads section shows each trader the version of a document that matches their selected language. Language variants are managed in the back office.
- Faster challenge catalog and checkout. Challenge catalog and checkout pages load faster, and the checkout lays out better on mobile.
- Smarter challenge type copying. Copying a challenge type now lets you choose its account type. The list of challenges you can assign to a client shows each challenge’s group.
- Refreshed competition pages. The competitions table and challenge listing in the trader cabinet are updated.
- Reorganized team member editor. Back-office team members are edited in four sections: Personal info, Access and role, Permissions, and Security.

- Weekly KPI breakdown. Key metrics on the back-office overview can be expanded into a weekly breakdown covering the last 90 days.

- Challenge sign-up and account details. Traders get a redesigned challenge comparison table on the sign-up page. Their challenge account view now shows login credentials and the profit threshold.
- Cent account clarity. Deposit, withdrawal, and transfer forms explain cent-account conversions, and withdrawal tasks flag cent accounts.

Version 2026.01
January 2026NewImproved
Cent accounts, an admin activity log, and challenge catalog tools.
- Cent account types. Mark an account type as a cent account. Deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers then convert automatically between cents and the base currency.
- Admin activity log. A searchable record of back-office actions, filterable by staff member, event, task, client, object, and date range, with CSV export.
- Challenge catalog tools. A comparison-table sign-up page lets traders compare challenge steps by account size and category. Embed codes put challenge categories on the broker’s website, and challenge types can be copied, with their categories, from one region to another.
- Per-account challenge controls. Staff can turn off trading or withdrawals on a single challenge account. The redesigned challenge account page lists the add-ons the trader bought and what they paid for them.
- Automatic decline on provider rejection. When NinjaCharge declines a withdrawal, the task is declined automatically, and the assigned manager receives the transaction details by email.
- Redesigned task inbox. The Inbox board has a new design, and the task list has a payment-status column for deposit, withdrawal, and challenge-purchase tasks.
- One document, several terms screens. A single document in Downloads can serve as the terms on several screens at once, such as sign-up, deposit, withdrawal, and transfer.
- Trader cabinet polish. Account cards show credit, and challenge payout requests give clearer error messages. When a session expires, the trader returns to sign-in with a notice.
- Trading platform data. MatchTrader trading history shows swaps correctly, and challenge progress data loads faster.
Version 2025.12
December 2025NewImproved
A new back-office overview dashboard, a rebuilt notifications center, and redesigned task pages.

- Richer payment method details. Payment methods can show traders extended details on deposit and withdrawal screens. Brokers choose whether the currency appears next to the method name at challenge checkout.
- Challenge selection tabs. The challenge selection page has tabs for number of steps and account size. The “next challenge” button is hidden once that challenge is already open.
- Consistency score in the back office. Challenge accounts show the trader’s consistency score.
- Affiliate report details. The affiliate report adds the affiliate’s email, the purchase date, and the list price next to the amount actually paid.
- Trading data accuracy. MetaTrader 5 trading history and open-trade counts are more accurate, MatchTrader daily report timing is corrected, and challenge statistics load faster.
- Sign-in protection. Repeated failed sign-in attempts trigger a temporary block. A successful sign-in resets the counter.

- Per-region payment settings. Payment method visibility, order, limits, icons, and country restrictions are managed separately for each region, on a redesigned payment-methods page.
