FX Sales Agent (Malta)

This is a position at our office in Gzira, Malta. Kenmore Design is a recognized and comprehensive leader in IT/web development for the Forex/Finance Industry.

Skills we’re looking for:

• Proven sales experience in the IT / software sector
• Ability to work independently and proactively to convert leads
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working with international clients
• Experience using SalesForce, Hubspot, or similar CRM systems
• Strong organizational skills with a good understanding of data flows and KPIs
• Comfortable with cold calling and following up with clients
• Flexible in approach and working hours
• Candidates with more than 1 language preferred
• Background in Finance is a strong plus

Responsibilities:

• Present CRM/back office tools via demo screen-sharing
• Analyze and expand the market potential, keep track of leads by using sales funnels
• Carry out post-sales support and build on relationships with clients/ watch for upsell opportunities
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients
• Keep abreast of market trends and best practices
