Machine Learning Engineer

Kenmore Design is a global fintech software provider delivering CRM, risk, and analytics solutions to Forex brokers and proprietary trading firms worldwide. As our platform grows, we are expanding our use of smart automation, advanced analytics, and data-driven risk intelligence.

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to take ownership of intelligent systems that analyze trading behavior, automate decision-making, and enhance risk and performance insights for our clients.

Role Overview

This role focuses on applying machine learning and advanced analytics to real-world trading data. You will work with large datasets such as historical trading activity, price feeds, and account-level metrics to build models that support risk calculations, anomaly detection, automation, and reporting.

You will collaborate closely with product, risk, and engineering teams to turn complex financial data into actionable insights used directly by brokers and prop firms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement machine learning models for smart automation and advanced analytics
  • Work with large datasets, including historical trading history, price data, and account behavior
  • Develop models related to risk calculations, performance analysis, and anomaly detection
  • Support automation workflows that enhance operational efficiency for clients
  • Clean, normalize, and structure data for modeling and analysis
  • Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and reliability
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML outputs into production systems
  • Translate complex analytical results into clear, usable outputs for internal teams and clients
  • Stay current with ML techniques relevant to financial data and time-series analysis

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role
  • Strong background working with large datasets and time-series data
  • Experience building models related to risk, prediction, classification, or anomaly detection
  • Solid programming skills (Python or similar ML-focused languages)
  • Experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
  • Understanding of financial or trading data structures is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of ML-driven features

Nice to Have (Strong Plus)

  • Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or prop firm environments
  • Familiarity with market data, price feeds, or execution data
  • Experience integrating ML models into live production systems
  • Knowledge of automation pipelines and analytics dashboards
