Sales Agent – Business Development
Location: Gżira, Malta (Office-based)
This is an on-site position at our Gżira office. Kenmore Design is a recognized leader in IT and web development solutions for the Forex and financial services industry, serving brokers and Prop Trading firms worldwide.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
- Proven sales or business development experience in the IT, SaaS, or software sector
- Ability to work independently and proactively to convert inbound and outbound leads
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging international clients
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills with a solid understanding of sales funnels, data flows, and KPIs
- Comfortable with calling prospects, following up with leads, and initiating conversations
- Flexible approach to work and working hours when needed
- Fluency in more than one language is strongly preferred
- Background or familiarity with finance, trading, or fintech is a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Present Kenmore Design’s CRM and back-office solutions through live demos and screen-sharing sessions
- Analyze and expand market potential while tracking leads and opportunities using structured sales funnels
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, including post-sales support and upsell opportunities
- Perform needs analysis and cost-benefit assessments for prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment between sales and delivery
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices
