The App is a client interface connected to our secure web-based CRM system used by regulated Forex brokers and proprietary trading firms. It enables authorized users to access their existing CRM account and data.

The Forex CRM application:

• Does not track or monitor user behavior.
• Does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.
• Does not store personal information locally beyond necessary session data.

We do not sell, share, or use any information from the App for marketing or analytics.

Information Accessed Through the App

The App provides access to CRM data already stored by the brokerage or trading firm that licenses our CRM platform.

This data may include:

• Name / contact details
• Client or trading account IDs
• KYC and compliance information (if required by the broker)
• Internal support or account records

This information is not collected by the app itself; it is hosted by the licensed brokerage and accessed through secure login.

The brokerage retains full ownership and control of that data.

How the App Works

• The App functions as a secure interface to your existing CRM account.
• All information displayed inside the App is retrieved directly from the broker’s CRM server.
• No additional personal data is gathered, processed, or transmitted by the App beyond account authentication and CRM usage required by your institution.

Security

We implement encrypted communication channels to access the CRM system.

User login sessions are securely authenticated.

Your data security depends on the security policies of the brokerage or trading firm providing your access.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate third-party analytics or advertising services.

No third-party data collection tools are embedded in the App.

Account & Data Management

All customer data management (access, modification, deletion) is handled by the brokerage or trading firm operating the CRM system.
