Core Pricing Structure
Each proposal includes two setup stages and a monthly service fee:
- Initial Setup Fee – charged at the start of the project and covers configuration, branding, and environment setup.
- Final Setup Fee – billed at deployment, once the CRM is ready to go live.
- Monthly Service Fee – depends on the package selected in your proposal and includes hosting, support, and ongoing maintenance.
We do not require any long-term contracts or commitments. You can scale your package or cancel your subscription at any time.

However, certain connected services may have their own third-party costs — for instance:
- Messaging systems may charge per message or usage volume.
- Payment Aggregators may bill per PSP integration or per transaction type (deposits vs withdrawals).
Developer API Access
Kenmore Design provides a robust suite of Forex CRM APIs for integration with trading platforms, payment systems, and custom tools. These APIs are free when you’re using our Forex CRM or Trader’s Room.
If used as a standalone service (without the CRM), they carry their own service cost.
