Setting up a Forex CRM integration begins with understanding your business identity, infrastructure, and trading environment. Each detail you provide allows our team to tailor your CRM deployment — from branding and data location to trading platform access and workflow automation.

Below is the information checklist required to complete your integration process with Kenmore Design.

Company Identity & Branding

  • Company Name — appears to end-users in disclaimers, Terms & Conditions, and system notifications.
  • Company Logo — ideally vector or high-resolution PNG with transparent background; used across your CRM, Trader’s Room, and email templates.
  • Logos for Light & Dark Backgrounds — ensure your brand looks consistent in all UI themes.
  • Favicon — your recognizable icon for browser tabs and mobile shortcuts.
  • Multiple Regions / Brands — if you operate under different jurisdictions, submit all logo variants and disclaimers for each region.

Domain & Access Configuration

  • Company Website Domain — your main brand website (e.g., www.yourfx.com).
  • Preferred CRM Login Subdomain — where your staff logs in (e.g., backoffice.yourfx.com).
  • Trader’s Room URL — public client login page (e.g., secure.yourfx.com).
  • Target Geographic Region — helps us determine datacenter location for optimal latency and compliance.
  • Headquarters Time Zone — defines the system’s default time reference for reports and scheduling.

Hosting, Security & DNS

We recommend using Cloudflare for improved performance and protection. It accelerates access for globally distributed clients and mitigates DDoS attacks.

If you have regulatory hosting requirements, such as keeping client data in England or New Zealand, please specify.

Trading Platform Connection

Provide your Trading Platform Manager credentials

  • Platform Time Zone (in GMT format)
  • Download link for trading terminals (Desktop, Mobile, Web)

Email & Communication Setup

A functioning company mailbox is required for system notifications (e.g., withdrawal confirmations, password resets).

If not yet set up, we recommend Google Workspace or Zoho Mail for reliability.

Website Integration

Your Trader’s Room integrates directly with your website via Live, Demo, and Contact signup forms.

You can link or embed the forms yourself using the provided code, or we can assist if you share:

  • URLs of the target pages (e.g., /open-account, /demo, /contact)
  • Temporary CMS access credentials

Legal & Compliance Content

  • Risk Warning — submit your preferred version; otherwise, a standard disclaimer will be used.
  • Terms & Conditions — you may provide custom text or separate versions for multiple domains.

Account Creation Workflow

Choose whether your system will automatically approve or require Admin approval for selected events (e.g. new live accounts, demo accounts, deposits, withdrawals, transfers). This can be easily adjusted later.

Payment Systems Integration

The final stage of your setup is enabling payment systems — allowing your brokerage to accept deposits and, where applicable, process withdrawals. With a wide range of PSPs available, you can choose the option that best fits your business model.
