Hiring a Sales Representative/Business Development Professional in Malta

This is a full time position at our office in Gzira, Malta. We are a recognized and comprehensive leader in IT/web development for the Forex/Finance Industry.

We are made up of a diverse team of professionals from around the world and offer many exciting opportunities for professional advancement!

While we are willing to provide training, we expect you to have at least some experience in web sales. We are looking for a professional with:

  • Proven sales experience in the Finance or IT / software sector
  • Ability to work independently and proactively to convert leads
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working with international clients
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Comfortable on the phone / Skype
  • Flexible in approach and working hours
  • Candidates with more than 1 language preferred
  • Background in Finance/Forex or related fields

Responsibilities/duties:

  • Present CRM/back-office tools via demo screen-sharing
  • Carry out post-sales support and build on relationships with clients / watch for post-sale opportunities
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients
  • Keep abreast of market trends and best practices
